Our Bylaws

Massachusetts Minutemen Bylaws (As adopted 12/12/93) Effective 1/1/94 Revised 8/9/96, 9/3/2000, 3/30/04

Original Bylaws adopted 3/2/83 are hereby repealed and these bylaws are adopted and are effective 1/1/94.

Voting and passage of these revised bylaws took place 12/12/93 at a duly warned meeting with 30 attending voting members. (Vote was unanimous.)

Amendment to Article 5, Section 1 – modified to reflect approval of annual dues in the amount of $10.00 per year OR 3 years for $25.00 (paid in advance), effective with July 1, 2001 dues – unanimously approved 9/3/2000.

Amendment to these bylaws concerning the duration of the term of office of the National Director and Alternate National Director voted upon and unanimously approved on August 9, 1996.

Amendment to Article 7 Section 3, Duration of term of National Director and Alternate National Director shall be for two years- unanimously approved 5/30/04
