Hello All,

As I mentioned in my last message Greenfield, our Memorial Day weekend annual event, is also on the horizon. Our Red Cross blood drive will take place on Saturday the 28th beginning at 9 am. Also, we have signed up for some extra space that will allow us to erect a tent. Plenty to see and do at this event and Dennis has assured me that the entertainment will be top notch. Please keep in mind that when registration form is printed out it must be on WHITE PAPER! All of their forms for the rallies across the Country are color coded for identification, white is for registration.

Of course the Air show at Quonset Point RI is firmly on our schedule. This four Chapter event should be very well attended. If you have not had the opportunity to see any of these shows, make plans to see this one, it is quite an event.

Newly added to our schedule for this year will be the Balloon Festival, on the grounds of the University of Rhode Island, sponsored by the Wakefield Rotary. Ed and Aline Mahony along with Lucille and I, will co-host this event. The three day festival will not only have brightly colored balloons, but will feature a flea market and other vendors for your shopping pleasure. We will have an assigned area, so it will not be necessary to arrive together to be parked together. Further information for this July event is available at www.wakefieldrotary.com.

Lined up for later review, will be the August pig roast in Conn with Dave and Muriel. Anne and Charlie are planning a September rally, the Mt Laurel Chapter is looking at Bradley Air Museum as a setting, and of course early November will be our multi-Chapter Christmas party.
